The rooms at Grand Hotel Vung Tau are so comfortable and spacious! The beds are big and cozy, perfect for a good night's sleep. I loved having a private balcony with amazing views of the sea or the city center. Plus, the en suite bathroom with a shower and bathtub was a nice touch. As a young guest, I felt like I had my own little oasis in the city.
I personally found the hi-fi system in the room a bit outdated. But hey, it's just my opinion.

We had a fantastic time at Grand Hotel! Our stay was for 2 nights and we were delighted with the upgraded room they provided on the second night. The breakfast was delicious and the hotel offered a great selection. The staff was amazing and went above and beyond to fulfill our requests. The location of the hotel is perfect, right on the seafront and close to bars and clubs. The swimming pool was excellent and the pathway along the water was a lovely addition. We will definitely come back next time.
Strongly recommend this hotel.

The hotel is located in a great area close to many restaurants and cafes. We also enjoyed the complimentary breakfast with a variety of options, including local cuisine. The room was spacious and clean with comfortable beds.
The staff was not very helpful or friendly. We had some issues with the air conditioning and it took multiple calls to the front desk to get it fixed.

I absolutely adored the elegant decoration of the hotel's grand lobby and common areas. The beautiful chandeliers, plush sofas, and exquisite artwork created a welcoming and sophisticated atmosphere. It truly made me feel like I was stepping back into a bygone era of grace and elegance. Additionally, the hotel's accessibility for senior people was commendable. The well-maintained elevators and ramps made it easy for me to navigate around the property without any difficulty.
I would have loved to see more assistance from the children working there in terms of providing information about nearby attractions and activities suitable for senior guests. A friendly staff member who goes the extra mile to recommend and arrange outings would have enhanced my vacation experience even further.

This hotel is located in a fantastic spot, right on the beach and in the heart of the city. The views are absolutely stunning, especially in the morning as I took a walk along the water. The staff here were amazing, always ready to help and fulfill any request I had. I especially loved the breakfast and lunch options, as they offered a variety of international dishes to try. The swimming pool was also excellent, well-maintained and hardly any other guests using it.
I would definitely recommend this place to anyone.

The hotel is located close to the beach and ferry terminal which made exploring the area very easy. The staff were friendly and helpful during our New Year's stay. We also enjoyed the spacious room and the comfortable bedding.
The hotel was outdated and in need of modernization. The furniture and fittings were old and worn out.

Great value for money. Spacious room, well-equipped fitness room, and well-maintained tennis court. Location is on prime ocean front - close to all nightlife and eateries.
Nothing to mention.

This hotel boasts a prime location just steps from the oceanfront, ferry terminal, and front beach. The rooms are comfortable and come equipped with modern amenities such as a small safe and complimentary bottles of water. The breakfast is tasty, with a good selection of Vietnamese cuisine. I chose this hotel for attending a symposium as it had 4 meeting rooms available for events. The facilities were well-equipped and the staff was helpful in setting up the audiovisual equipment. The meeting rooms provided a professional atmosphere for networking and discussing ideas.
The one service that I missed for my work was a business center or a dedicated workspace within the hotel. It would have been convenient to have a designated area where I could work, print documents, and have access to a computer and other office equipment.

Stayed at a fantastic hotel located right along the main road by the ocean-front. The hotel is aging nicely and the staff were very helpful. They even assisted with carrying our bags up the three floors since there is no elevator. The rooms were large and clean, and the hotel is in a great location for exploring the atmospheric part of the city. There are numerous restaurants and cafes nearby, perfect for a leisurely stroll. The hotel itself is also quiet at night, ensuring a peaceful sleep. a very good experience at Grand Hotel.
Nothing, no complaints at all. 👌
